Help Us Raise $20k to Keep the Narooma MTB Trails Rolling

great trails don’t maintain themselves.

Trails require constant care, tools, materials and volunteer time to keep them safe, flowing and fun for everyone who rides them. That’s why we’re launching The Big Narooma Send — a community fundraising push to raise $20,000 for trail maintenance.

Why This Matters

The Narooma Mountain Bike Trails have become one of the most loved riding destinations on the NSW South Coast. What started as a handful of riders building trails after work and on weekends has grown into a trail network now enjoyed by tens of thousands of riders every year. Families, kids, beginners and experienced riders travel from across Australia to experience Narooma’s flowing coastal trails.

The Narooma MTB Trails are maintained entirely by volunteer efforts from the Narooma Mountain Bike Club. We are either rasing money or out on the trails. Our volunteers spend hundreds of hours each year:

  • repairing drainage after storms

  • clearing fallen trees

  • rebuilding berms and jump lips

  • fixing erosion and trail wear

  • keeping trails safe for riders of all levels

These trails are not just important for riders — they are also a major tourism driver for Narooma. Visitors travel here to ride, staying in local accommodation, eating in cafés and restaurants, and supporting local businesses. Keeping the trails in great condition helps support the local economy and our community.

Where Your Donation Goes

Funds raised through The Big Narooma Send will go directly into maintaining and improving the trail network. Your support helps us purchase:

  • Trail building and maintenance tools

  • Materials for drainage and erosion control

  • Equipment for safe volunteer trail work

  • Ongoing repairs to keep trails riding beautifully

  • Every dollar raised goes back into the trails

Let’s send it for Narooma! Thank you for supporting the Narooma MTB Trails.
