We’re excited to welcome Joe Ward and Fiona Dick from Chocolate Foot to Narooma this summer. With over 15 years of coaching experience across Sydney and NSW, they’ve become regular visitors to our trails over the past two years — and have well and truly fallen in love with them. With Narooma’s epic singletrack, stunning coastline, and warm community vibe, it’s the perfect place to learn, progress, and have an awesome time on the bike.

Coaching Availability

From 5–17 January 2026, Joe and Fi will be running a range of clinics suitable for riders of all levels — from mastering foundational skills to learning to jump, improving flow, tackling tech, and everything in between. The full clinic schedule is coming soon.

Intro to Jumps | Confident Intermediates

Step into the world of airtime in a supportive, safe, pressure-free environment.
Learn how to work with the shape of the jump, time your movements, build stability and leave the ground with confidence — using rollable tabletops so you always ride within your comfort zone. You’ll learn:

  • Anatomy of a jump & Point of Commitment

  • Balanced pressure & stable body position

  • How to Press & Absorb for predictable lift

  • Staying centred and relaxed in the air

  • Smooth, step-by-step progression to your first proper jumps

Gravity Flow | Confident Intermediates

Ride smarter, not harder. This clinic focuses on smooth speed, confident cornering, and using the terrain to your advantage. Perfect for riders ready to build more rhythm, more control, and more flow. You’ll learn to:

  • Build strong, centred body position

  • Use rotation & angulation for grippy, stable cornering

  • Manage pressure for smooth, controlled speed

  • Create “free speed” through timing and coordination

  • Scan earlier & choose better lines

  • Ride the trail with ease, not effort
