Our club has formed from a small group back in 2016 who wanted some mountain bike trails to ride. It has now expanded into a club and we are about to receive Forest Corporation approval to legitimise our trail network.

We hope you enjoy our trails and our town. If you would like to see us succeed then we have many ways for you to help out.

How can you help?

We always welcome any kind of assistance.

If you want to join our club and ride then signup through AusCycling and take out membership. This provides you with insurance and covers our club when you ride.

Financially you can donate money, come on to our corporate Sponsorship program or โ€œAdopt a trailโ€. All of these monies are then used directly by the club to build and maintain our trail network. It costs around $1.50/metre of trail per year to maintain each trail to an acceptable standard.

Other money will be used to hold events for our club such as

  • Coaching Clinics
  • Womenโ€™s only rides
  • Junior days
  • Come and try days

If donating is not your thing we are always looking for trail builders, structure builders (timber) and people with administration skills. Even Social Media managers or Photographers who can present fantastic images of our trails to the world.

Use the Contact page and we can follow up with you. If we all do a little then we can achieve great things.

Our Goals

Coming from a group of 7 back in 2016 with no trail system we have grown to around 30 local riders and around 30km of dedicated single track.

Our ultimate goal is to extend this trail system to around 100km to attract MTB riders both regional and National. This will give the town year round tourism, and thus offering more business and employment. These trails will benefit the local population both young and old in physical and mental health. Our High School will also have another sporting option.

To reach this goal we need government funding, to which we are applying for grants.

Local and major sponsors can still assist us with donations or coming on board as a Sponsor or Adopt a Trail. The trails need up keep and this is a time and cost commitment for the club. Visit either our Donate page or Sponsors page to see how you can help.

We want to make Narooma a significant mountain biking destination for both the Regional and National markets. Our location to Canberra gives us this easy access.

For the Far South Coast of NSW to become a region for mountain biking each town needs to have its own set of differing trails. This has begun with Tathra leading the way and Eden in the planning process.
